Earlier this month, a new clip from Toy Story 4 shows Woody reunite with Bo Peep to rescue a lost toy from Andy's sister Molly's bedroom.

Woody and the gang were last seen when their former owner Andy donated them to a little girl called Bonnie at the end of Toy Story 3.

However, Woody, Bo, Slinky and more return to their old home on a very important mission.

In the clip, Bo is instrumental in orchestrating the rescue "situation" - and also reveals her sheep's names for the first time, over 20 years after they made their debut in the first instalment of the hit film.

The animals are called Billy, Goat, and Gruff, with the trio raising the blinds to help the rescuers locate the toy.

After tracking down the missing friend, the group embark on Operation Pull Toy, utilising Slinky, Jessie, and Barbie dolls.

The teaser clip, which was shared by Good Morning America, ends with Jessie preparing to open the window - leaving fans on tenterhooks on whether the rescue is a success.

The scene marks a triumphant return for Bo, who was last seen in 1999's Toy Story 2, with Woody confirming at the start of the third film that Andy had given her away.

According to the Disney synopsis, Bo will play a huge role in the upcoming instalment reading: "Woody has always been confident about his place in the world, and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie.

"So when Bonnie’s beloved new craft-project-turned-toy, Forky (Tony Hale), declares himself as 'trash' and not a toy, Woody takes it upon himself to show Forky why he should embrace being a toy.

"But when Bonnie takes the whole gang on her family’s road trip excursion, Woody ends up on an unexpected detour that includes a reunion with his long-lost friend Bo Peep."

Young Sheldon star Annie Potts has returned to the film to lend her voice to the character.

Speaking about her character, Annie said: "She is modern, independent, capable and confident. Bo is written and conceived to be inspiring as she has weathered life’s ups and downs with grace. I aspire to that."

Director Josh Cooley, added: "Bo's taken control of her own destiny.

"While Woody was watching Andy grow up, Bo gathered dust until she took it upon herself to head out into the world. And when Woody shows up, they can't believe that they've found each other again."
