The LBC Award
This category recognises the best in news reporting or a news moment that really stood out in 2018.
The Global Awards launched for the first time in 2018 and are - perhaps unsurprisingly - held by Global Media Entertainment.
The ceremony awards music played on radio stations in the UK - including Capital, Heart, Smooth and Gold to name a few.
This year the ceremony teamed up with Very.co.uk to celebrate the creme de la creme of the music industry.
The glitzy affair was held at the Eventim Apollo in the Capital on March 7th.
Among the star performers were Little Mix, Anne-Marie, Mark Ronson and Mabel.
The public is able to vote for certain categories via an online website and are allowed up to 5 votes.
