Gemma Collins accused of ‘not skating’ as she returns to Dancing On Ice and does the splits again
The star initially wasn't going to attend the final after Jason Gardiner called her a 'fridge', but she didn't want to let down fans
GEMMA Collins returned to Dancing On Ice this evening and did the half splits once again.
Despite stealing the show every week until she was voted off, those watching at home accused the reality star of “not skating” as she spent most of the routine on her knees.
Taking to Twitter to comment on her efforts, one person wrote: “I see Gemma still doesn’t skate.”
A second wrote: “#DancingOnIce so that was Gemma skating her heart out? WAITING!!!!.”
While a third cheekily wrote: “Gemma Collins barely moved, there's more movement in my bowels #DancingOnIce.”
Earlier today we revealed that Gemma was planning on attempting the splits again.
Her skating partner Matt told us:"Gemma said she's doing it for the bigger girls. It will be one last hurrah.
"She's told producers she hasn't forgotten to skate and told me how much she has missed the ice and can't wait to get back out there.
"We had a three hour session on Friday to work on bringing back all of Gemma's best bits - including the splits."
Her hotly anticipated return comes after she accused Jason Gardiner of bullying her.
The Sun Online revealed Gemma and Jason are being kept apart during tonight's final.
The Towie star vowed to return to DOI to open the show and promised she would give it her all - despite hitting out at Jason and initially refusing to return to the studios after Jason called her a "refrigerator."
Gemma and Jason fell out spectacularly last week after the Dancing on Ice judge compared her to a 'refrigerator.'
A source told The Sun Online: "Gemma and Jason will be kept separate so they won't be crossing paths backstage tonight.
"There is still no love lost between them.
"They're dressing rooms are on opposite sides of the venue so hopefully there won't be any more explosions between them."
The Towie star clashed many times with judge Jason Gardiner during her time on Dancing On Ice.
The star had a row on air with ciritc after he branded her performance on January 20 as "lazy" and "mediocre".
She responded by accusing him of selling stories about her and Jason retaliated by calling her a "brat."
DOI presenter Holly Willoughby also accused Gemma of being a diva which almost led to the Towie star quitting the show.
Gemma also sparked headlines early on in the ITV series by falling on the ice in dramatic fashion.
