Emmerdale shock as Kim Tate plans to frame Cain Dingle for Joe’s murder – despite knowing he’s alive

KIM Tate left Emmerdale viewers shocked tonight as she backed down on her plot to kill her grandson Joe - but only so she can frame Cain Dingle for his murder.
The soap's superbitch - who is played by actress Claire King in the ITV soap - appeared to agree to leave Joe alone just a day after finding out Graham Foster had betrayed her and kept him hidden and alive abroad.
In tonight's episode Graham and Kim clashed with her trying to drive him out of the village and her company, but him refusing to go.
After a pep talk from Joe's half brother Noah, Graham returned to Home Farm and warned Kim he wouldn't be an easy battle for her.
He said: "Joe is gone, forget him. You hear me?"
But Kim surprised him when she admitted she didn't care enough to have Joe murdered by an assassin.
She said: "I don't care about him one way or the other. He's your pet, not mine. Right now I have more pressing concerns."
But when Graham asked if that meant he could tell Cain, who thinks he murdered Joe, he was innocent, Kim revealed a far more sinister plan.
Graham said: "So I can let Cain know he's off the hook. That Joe's alive and well and will remain that way. I'm sure he'll be revealed to know he's not a murderer."
Kim refused to allow him to tell Cain and instead goaded Graham, who insisted she make their partnership a one of equals.
He said: "From now on, you and me, we're equals. Do you understand me?"
She told him: ";That depends. Time to nail your colours to the mast Graham - with me or without me."
Coolly rejecting his kiss, she added: "I want people around here to be reminded exactly what I'm capable of.
"And now you and I are on equal footing, it's in both our interests to make sure no-one thinks they are beyond our reach starting with Cain Dingle.
"We're going to pull that man's life apart, piece by piece."
Viewers were shocked at how far Kim is prepared to hurt Cain because he rejected her flirting advances with one saying: "So it seems there’s something that Kim can’t have, Cain!#Emmerdale"
Another wrote: "The sooner Kim Tate vanishes the better. She is awful #emmerdale."
