The Bay’s Morven Christie has a famous pop star boyfriend – and they’ve been secretly dating for over a year

The 37-year-old actress, who has also starred in The A Word, Doctor Who and The Replacement, first teased at their blossoming romance in January 2018, by referencing their first date on Instagram.

The ITV actress shy's away from discussing her personal life and hasn't mentioned her romance in interviews.
Equally supportive of her career, Ian, who is also a Glasgow native, urged his social media followers to tune into his other half on the ITV drama.
Sharing a promo shot of The Bay, he said: "The Bay - itv March 20th 9pm. Get it watched! So excited and proud of @morvchristie hashtag WatchingTheDetectives".
The electronic artist Ian paid tribute to Morven in December as they celebrated their first anniversary together.

Still hungry to create music, they went on to form the electronic group four years later after asking singer Lauren to come onboard.
The group made their big breakthrough with their debut studio album, The Bones of What You Believe, in 2013.
Since then, they have been nominated for a Brit Award in 2015 for British Breakthrough Act and have been in the running for two NME awards, Best New Band in 2014 and Best British Band in 2015.
They released their third album, Love Is Dead, in May 2018.
