RAPPER Nipsey Hussle was remembered in a touching memorial service a month after his tragic death.
But when was it held? Here's the lowdown.
When was Nipsey Hussle's funeral?
Nipsey Hussle's memorial service was held on Thursday April 11 at Los Angeles' Staples Center.
Hussle's Celebration of Life began at 10 a.m. PT, which is 5pm in the UK, and ended at 12 p.m (7pm UK).
Following the service, there was a procession.
But it erupted into a horrific shootout which left one mourner dead and three others injured.
He is set to be laid to rest at Forest Lawn cemetery in L.A.
Complimentary tickets to the memorial service were released on April 9, 2019 and were almost instantly snapped up.
While it’s not clear how many tickets were available for the service, the Staples Center can hold as many as 21,000 people.
A private service was for just close friends and family was held on Tuesday April 9, 2019.
Was there a shooting?
After Hussle's his casket embarked on a 25-mile procession through the streets of Los Angeles after his memorial service.
But when it briefly paused outside the rapper's Marathon Clothing Store, an apparent drive-by shooting took place.
Los Angeles police said a woman and three men, between the ages of 30 and 50, were attacked.
It was not immediately clear who had died.
Who was rapper Nipsey Hussle?
Nipsey Hussle, 33, real name Ermias Davidson Asghedom, was born on August 15, 1985, in Los Angeles, California.
In 2005, he released his debut mixtape, Slauson Boy Vol. 1, which became the name of his record label.
A few years later, in 2008, Nipsey signed with Cinematic Music Group and Epic Records.
That year he released two mixtapes titled Bullets Ain’t Got No Name, Vol. 1 and Bullets Ain’t Got No Name, Vol. 2.
In 2009 the rapper released his debut single Hussle in the House, as well as a third mixtape titled Bullets Ain’t Got No Name, Vol. 3.
In February 2018, he released his studio album, Victory Lap, which reached No85 in the UK charts.
In 2019 he was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Rap Album.

What was Nipsey's cause of death?
Nipsey was shot dead on March 31, 2019.
The shooting, outside his Marathon Clothing store in South Los Angeles, came just hours after Hussle wrote about having "strong enemies" on Twitter.
An LAPD statement on Twitter said: "At approximately 3:20pm (11:20BST) there was a shooting reported in the area of Slauson Ave and Crenshaw Blvd.
"3 victims were transported to a local hospital where one was pronounced deceased."
Californian man Eric Holder is accused of killing him.
