Inside Piers Morgan’s plush London town house and sprawling country pad complete with swimming pool and sports cars
The Good Morning Britain host has two beautiful homes
PIERS Morgan has given fans a peek inside the plush London townhouse and huge country mansion he shares with his family.
The Good Morning Britain host is a huge fan of social media and loves to share snaps of his expensive car and lavish homes with his fans.
The 54-year-old has lived in his West Kensington townhouse with wife Celia Walden and seven-year-old daughter Elise Morgan since 2009.
In one photo the Piers stands next to his brand new Aston Martin parked up outside his London home. The pretty tree lined street is typical of the area, which features wrought iron gates and white frontage that leans toward properties from the Georgian era.
Inside his home there are many lovely features including French windows that lead onto a private balcony - perfect for alfresco dining.
Piers captioned the photo: “What a perfect, balmy autumn evening in West London. English weather never fails to surprise.”
Elsewhere in the house the journalist and broadcaster has displayed pieces of art he’s picked up along the way - including this huge drawing of dancing legend Fred Astaire.
Captioning the monochrome drawing of the star, he wrote: “‘Do it big, do it right and do it with style.’ Bought Fred in a St Tropez flea market and finally had him framed & put up. Sadly Ginger had just been separately sold.”
In another photo the family’s bright carpets can be seen under the row of packages for Piers’s wife Celia.
The Good Morning Britain host tried to show his funny side with a cheeky vintage metal sign that he revealed hangs above the oven in the family kitchen.
It reads: “I’ll pretend I like cooking and you pretend it tastes nice”
One of the photos shows Celia as she walks up the stairs showing the beautiful bannisters of the property and the huge stained glass windows that look over the staircase.
Piers, a former America’s Got Talent judge, is a big fan of all things stateside. In an interview he revealed he’d snapped up an original flag seen in the background of one shot.
Costing £5,000 it only features 34 stars, representing 34 states, which means it could have only been fashioned in the Civil War between 1861 to 1863 under president Lincoln.
When Piers, Celia and Elise get bored of the city they can hop in the Aston and drive out to their sprawling pile in Sussex.

The white cottage style property has ivy climbing up the walls and over the doors. It features a huge backyard with a swimming pool - plus a large gravel driveway for his car.
The dining room features rather traditional decor of oak furniture and pine tables. This is contrasted with the lounge areas which shows his cream sofas, floral cushions and blankets.
He also has family photos on display, artwork and a humongous book shelf.
The sprawling estate is perfect for summer parties with lots of outdoor furniture including a wooden dining area and rattan sofas.
