Katie Price ‘fears her ears will fall off’ if facelift scars don’t heal quickly after getting infected

KATIE Price is worried her recently surgery is healing too slowly – and has even joked to friends her ‘ears could fall off’.

The reality star is recovering at home after getting liposuction, a Brazilian bum lift and a facelift, and friends say she’s concerned about her facelift, which recently got infected.

“Katie’s face is being very slow to heal. Her immune system is very low and she’s constantly worried it’ll get infected after both her boob and her face got infected in the past after surgery,” says the friend.

“She’s concerned the scars around her face aren’t healing quickly enough – she’s even joked her ears might fall off.

“She’s keeping her hair up and away from the wounds and is constantly paranoid about the animals coming near her as she’s been advised to stay away from anything dirty that could cause an infection.”

Katie’s publicist tells The Sun Online: “She is absolutely fine and recovering as she should do.”

It’s not the first time Katie’s suffered through an infection – on her reality show My Crazy Life last year, she forced then-husband Kieran Hayler to clean up her oozing wounds after a facelift.

As Katie screamed in pain, Kieran sighed: "When it comes to husbandly duties … even cleaning the puss and the mess from behind your wife's ear after her latest face lift, it exceeds anything I think I've ever known."

Katie’s boob also got infected when she was in the Celebrity Big Brother house – and she was rushed to Belgium for urgent medical care after leaving the show.
