THE Spice Girls will pay an affectionate tribute to Victoria Beckham at tonight’s comeback show.
Geri Horner, Emma Bunton, Mel B and Mel C want to show there is no bad blood over Posh skipping the tour.
They’ve carefully planned two surprise sections highlighting their absent pal’s role in the band.
A source said: “Everyone was disappointed when Victoria said no. Initially there was frustration and some ill feeling.
"She still isn’t planning to attend and has done very little to show public support.
"But the girls want to put any animosity to bed and make a gesture to say as much.
“They’ve come up with a tribute to her and she’ll be getting a significant mention on stage in the most glowing terms, visually and verbally. They’ve decided it’s the right thing.”
The girls will also keep lyrical references to Victoria in some of their biggest hits including Wannabe.
They take to the stage at , in their first performance since the London 2012 Olympics.
Geri has even resurrected her iconic red hair.
She posted a pic of her and kids Bluebell, 13, and Monty, two, boarding a jet to Ireland.
Last week she said of mum-of-four Posh: “She is our sister. We love her.
“Everyone needs to back off her and be kinder. Our fans respect what we stand for and that is being kind.
