Coronation Street spoiler: Seb left bloody and beaten as he risks his life to rescue girlfriend Alina from brutal people traffickers
CORONATION Street's Seb Franklin is left battered and bruised as he risks his life to rescue his girlfriend Alina Pop.
In upcoming episodes of the ITV soap Seb (Harry Visinoni) puts his life on the line to save his lover from the murky underworld of modern slavery.
Pictures released of forthcoming scenes see Seb's face covered in blood, after coming to blows with the gang of traffickers.
Seb is also pictured with a huge gash on his forehead after being thrown in the back of a car, while Jan Lozinski (Piotr Baumann) towers over him.
A separate shot captures the roofer with his fists clenched as he looks angrily into the vehicle with Seb inside.
Seb sparked up a romance with Alina (Ruxandra Porojnicu) after he landed a job as a handyman at the Rovers.
After he proved his worth he was then asked to fix the toilets in the salon, where he locked eyes on the trafficking group's victim.
In recent weeks the pair started to get very close to one another.
Seb confided in Alina about his troublesome upbringing but she held back on talking about her family in Romania.
The duo enjoyed a kiss, but she told him she couldn't stay and was needed elsewhere.
Although Alina has tried to keep the dark secret that she has been brought over and forced to work against her will by Jan, Seb eventually finds out and vows to take action to protect her.
But when he tries to help Alina break free, he comes face to face with Jan and his gang.
The troop beat him up, and force him into a car and kidnap him.

It is unknown if Seb will be able to escape, and if this will be the end for the youngster.
The Sun Online exclusively revealed last month that Seb would be involved in a grim storyline that highlighted the sensitive issue.
A source on the ITV soap said: “It’s a really gritty storyline but based on real issues thousands face in the UK every day.
“Coronation Street researchers have been working closely with the Salvation Army, which the government chose in 2011 to help those in need because of slavery. Since then more than 8,000 survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking have come in to their care.”
