GEMMA Collins looked sensational as she has showed off her 3st weight loss by doing a cartwheel in her swimsuit on the beach.

The reality queen has maintained her weight loss since Dancing On Ice and looked more confident than ever in her slinky swimwear.

The 38-year-old, who has been in the Caribbean, captioned the video: "Walking into Monday like...#gcstyle."

Peter Andre was impressed and posted: "Love it"

One fan wrote: "Yes GC -  go on girl. "

Meanwhile Gemma's fitness instructor has revealed she is on a "no sugar and no carbs after 6pm diet" to ditch the pounds.

Gemma has enlisted the help of Vicky Young who has got her on a strict eating regime.

The GC, who filmed her new reality show in LA,  has also been exercising with the help of personal trainer Charlie King.

Gemma's fitness journey began on Dancing On Ice earlier this year under the guidance of her skate partner and pal  Matt Evers.

The reality favourite lost two and a half stone alone during the gruelling workouts - and has been determined to keep it up losing half a stone more.

Since then she  has been busy in LA hanging out with former Celebrity Big Brother co-star Jonathan Cheban.

Gemma was in the US city making a six-part reality show called Diva Forever, which will air every night after Love Island.
