CALLUM MacLeod says he WILL return to his top job fixing aeroplanes - because his old boss loved Love Island.
Fans worried that the 28-year-old aircraft engineer would be forced to sign on the dole after he quit his high-flying engineering job for Love Island.
But he appeared on This Morning today and revealed his future plans, confirming he won't be short of job offers as he's got a tonnes of experience and a great reference coming his way.
Speaking to Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, he said: "I've got my trade, I've got my experience.
"Even if I have to go elsewhere or to another company ...
"And my boss was a huge fan of the show. He was the one who convinced me to go on it .... so there's options there."
Callum also confessed he liked Lucie Donlan and Molly-Mae but was put off pursuing girls that Islander Tommy Fury was interested in - because he's "not a typical lad".
She said: "I told them this before I went on the show. I said, 'I'm not your typical lad to get in there and mix it up.'
"Any girl that Tommy fancied I wouldn't go nowhere near him."
He also charmed fans as he revealed he burst into tears after becoming the first contestant to be axed from the villa.
The hunky Welshman made the admission on Aftersun, telling Caroline Flack once he was off set, the waterworks turned on.
The aircraft engineer also admitted he regretted not coupling up with Yewande after she wowed him in a white dress inside the villa.
He nearly came close to crying again after watching a surprise message from his gran.
"You'll set me off again," he told Caroline.
