Taylor Swift ends Katy Perry feud by sending ‘Peace At Last’ cookies to the star
TAYLOR Swift has ended her seven-year feud with Katy Perry after she sent the singer chocolate chip cookies.
Taking to Instagram last night, Katy, 34, shared a photo of a plate of the treats, which had "Peace At Last" written across the edge in red icing, sent by the 29-year-old star.
Captioning the photo, Katy wrote: "feels good @taylorswift" and penned in her location "Let's Be Friends".
Taylor responded to the post by leaving a number of love heart emojis underneath as the photo sent social media into a tizzy.
The singers are said to have fallen out in 2012 after Taylor claimed the Firework singer stole three of her backing dancers from her Red tour.
Two years later, Taylor released the single Bad Blood, which was rumoured to be about the long-running feud after she told Rolling Stone the hit was about another female artist who tried to "sabotage an entire arena tour".
Although Taylor has never publicly revealed who the alleged artist is.
But Katy, who is engaged to British actor Orlando Bloom, then appeared to retaliate with the single Swish Swish.
Last year, the pair appeared to make amends for real when Katy sent Taylor an apology letter on the opening night of her Reputation tour.
At the time, Taylor posted a video of a package she had received from the Grammy Award winning singer on her Instagram Stories along with the words: "Thank you Katy."
As she filmed the gift, the hitmaker can be heard saying: "I just got to my dressing room and found this actual olive branch. This means so much to me."
The letter is partially obscured but it appeared that Katy had written: "Hey Old Friend — I've been doing some reflecting on past miscommunications and hurt feelings between us."

She also wrote that she was "deeply sorry" and wanted to "clear the air" in the letter, which was in an envelope sealed with a dog sticker.
However, The Sun reported that Katy was left upset with Taylor for sharing her apology letter on social media.
Insiders told The Sun Online that Katy was "surprised" to see her hand written message to Taylor shared online as they hadn't discussed the letter going public.
