TOY Story 4 has made £92million in its first weekend as it smashes US Box Office Charts.
Pulling in a huge sum of $118million across the US, the new film falls slightly behind it's predicted takings of $140 millions (£109 million).
However, it has been revealed that the Toy Story 4 has made £186million across 37 different countries.
And despite fan's fears that the fourth instalment would damage the film series' reputation, it seems that it impressed film critics everywhere following it's release on Friday.
According to 'Uber Facts', Toy Story 4 now holds the record for "biggest opening weekend" for an animated film.
They tweeted: ""Toy Story 4" has already grossed $238million worldwide. It now holds the record for "biggest opening weekend" for an animated film."
Meanwhile, others took to Twitter to praise the new film.
One wrote: "Toy Story 4 was better than 3. Definitely worth watching especially if you grew up with the series. Loved it."
Another said: "Toy Story 4 really is the epilogue to the Toy Story franchise you never thought you wanted. With updated designs of old characters, brilliant dialogue, funny comedy & a satisfying story, it really does make you feel like it was a deserving addition to the beloved Pixar series."
A third commented: "Absolutely loved toy story 4. Great end to a brilliant set of films!"
A fourth crtitic chimed: "Brilliant, inspiring storyline kind of movie. Somehow, Toy Story 4 evoked my nostalgic memories during childhood. Well, my fav character in this movie was obviously Duke Caboom ! I Canada it ! 8/10 and yep, who says adults cannot enjoy cartoon ?"
And a fifth said: "Toy Story 3 was incredible. Actually hilarious, not cheesy, and the perfect wrap up possible. Definitely a must see :')"
The movie tells the story of new toy Forky joining Woody and his friends.
While Tom Hanks and Tim Allen returned as Woody and Buzz for the fourth installment, they were also joined by the a few new actors, who voiced new characters Forky, Ducky, Bunny, Duke Caboom, Harmony's mum, Gabby Gabby and Bitey White.
Tony Hale, plays the role of 'Forky', a plastic fork with pipe cleaners for arms who has a bit of an identity crisis since he's more of a craft project.
Ducky and Bunny, two carnival prizes, are part of the new movie and they are voiced by Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele.
Meanwhile, Oscar-winner Patricia Arquette plays the role of Harmony's mum, Christina Hendricks voices Gabby Gabby and Betty White stars as Bitey White.
Another interesting addition to the film series is new toy Duke Caboom, played by Keanu Reeves- who revealed some intimate details about his role during an interview with recently.
He said: ""Duke Caboom, Canada's greatest stuntman. He's a daredevil. He's got a really good heart, brave."
