Love Island’s Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey get married in secret exotic wedding
LOVE Island’s Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey have tied the knot in a secret exotic wedding.
The couple – who won Love Island in 2016 – married in a low key ceremony surrounded by family and friends and their son Freddie yesterday.
A spokesman from Cara and Nathan’s management said: "I can confirm that the couple have got married in a beautiful ceremony yesterday. They were surrounded by family and friends and are still elated after their special day."
It's thought Towie's Tommy Mallet and Georgia Kousoulou and fellow Love Island stars Scott Thomas and Rykard Jenkins all attended the special day.
Speaking about their wedding plans recently, Cara revealed: “Nathan has been amazing, he has been like a superhero, running around doing everything, doing all the last minute calls.
“I’m a weirdo like that, I don’t like talking on the phone – I’ve always been like that, I don’t know why! So Nathan’s been making the last minute calls.”
She previously revealed thattheir 19-month-old son Freddie will play a "big part" in their special day.
The said: "Fred will be a big part of it. We’re not sure about other page boys and flower girls as we want it to be quite small and intimate, and we’re allowing everyone to bring their kids anyway."
Cara and Nathan confirmed their engagement two years after winning Love Island together – with Nathan proposing to Cara in the ITV2 villa that they met in.

Speaking about the magical proposal Nathan told OK! magazine: "I brought [Cara] back to where we met and took her on a little treasure hunt around the villa to different places which meant something to us.
“Finally, I blindfolded her, led her to the pool and got down on one knee."
Cara added: “This is where we met – we’ve come full circle.”
Cara, 28, announced she was pregnant with her first child in May 2017 with Nathan. In August that year she revealed that she was having a boy.
Freddie was born on December 13 2017 at 6:30am. Nathan announced the news by sharing a snap of him smiling with Cara in a hospital bed behind him.
