SIZZLING Katy Perry’s romance is in full Bloom as she shows why actor Orlando got down on one knee.

The Roar singer wore a red swimsuit with tropical flower prints to shoot a music video on a Hawaii beach.

The insider added: "Katy seems in charge, but Orlando is involved with the planning, too."

They continued: "They don't seem stressed about it though. It will be a fun celebration with family and friends."

Mr Bloom proposed to the singer earlier this year with a distinct flower-shaped engagement ring, which caused a frenzy amongst fans on social media.
