Celebrity X Factor will see hunky rugby players Thom Evans and Ben Foden form boyband
CELEBRITY X Factor will see hunky rugby players Thom Evans and Ben Foden form a boyband.
A celebrity version of the ITV talent show will air this autumn after Simon Cowell decided to give the traditional format of the show a rest for a year.
And reports rugby hunks Thom, Ben and Levi Davis are going to join forces to form a vocal group.
Despite being sports stars, all three have musical backgrounds.
Former Strictly Come Dancing star Thom, 33, was in a group called Twen2y4se7en – which supported Peter Andre, Westlife and McFly.
He clearly still likes to sing, however he's admitted in the past: "Sadly, now all the singing I do is alone in the shower.”
Meanwhile Ben, 33, showed off his own singing voice on panel show A League of Their Own when he performed rendition of John Legend’s All of Me last year.
The star – who was married to Saturdays singer Una Healy - tried out for Pop Idol aged 18.
Completing the trio, 20-year-old Levi - who plays for Bath -attended Bristol’s Modern Music Institute.
He was also in a group called Majesti and confessed earlier this year he wanted to release his own material, saying: “Music’s always been very important to me.”

Last year's Islanders Eyal Booker, Samira Mighty , Wes Nelson and Zara McDermott will perform together.
Footballer turned actor Vinnie Jones and US talk show host Ricki Lake are also in talks to take part in the series.
