Mel B reveals she was diagnosed with ADHD as she opens up about coping with mental illness
SPICE Girl Mel B has revealed she has been diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
The singer, 44, who has previously said she has dyslexia, added that she uses exercise to help treat her symptoms.
The star, also known as Scary Spice, said: “I work out to help my mind. I do have ADHD, as well as dyslexia and dyspraxia.
"Exercise helps me meditate and get rid of my anxiety. It helps me focus on me for that one hour. I do have mental illness, you have to be a little bit crazy to do what I do.
"I do suffer from anxiety, but I try not to get too stressed out about it.”
It comes after TV presenter Richard Bacon, 43, opened up about his own diagnosis with ADHD last year.
