Celebs Go Dating’s Jack Fincham angers bosses by refusing to talk about Love Island ex Dani Dyer – despite her being the only reason he’s on the show

CELEBS Go Dating star Jack Fincham refused to talk about ex Dani Dyer despite signing up to the hit show, The Sun Online can reveal.

However, a source explained former Love Island winner Jack wouldn't say one word about Dani for weeks of filming before being persuaded by experts Paul Carrick Brunson and Anna Williamson.

Jack initially told The Sun Online: "I refuse to talk about Dani. I don't want to talk about any exes. I don't go there. It is not something I am prepared to do."

And our source said Jack "point blank refused" to discuss his messy break-up with Danny Dyer's daughter for weeks of filming before opening up.

They said: "It was like getting blood out of a stone. Jack told producers he would not talk about Dani at all, which put a few noses out of joint backstage.

"Dating agents Paul and Anna have obviously tried to get him to open up in their sessions together and eventually he did."

The insider added: "His initial refusal was obviously frustrating for Celebs Go Dating bosses as that is a huge part of the show."

Lauren Goodger, on the other hand, opened up in detail about her failed engagement with Mark Wright.

Celebs Go Dating agent Anna Williamson said: "Jack has been on a real journey and learned a lot about himself.

"He did talk about his last relationship and how it affected him but wishes her well and is completely ready to move on.  He’s completely embraced dating the Celebs Go Dating way."

A rep for Jack did not reply.

Celebs Go Dating returned to screens for a seventh series on Monday night on E4.

Alongside Jack and Lauren are Love Island star Megan Barton-Hanson, Ex-EastEnder and Blue singer Lee Ryan, and Geordie Shore's Nathan Henry.

Also on board are I'm A Celeb star Lady Colin Campbell and Chloe and Demi Sims.

The agents have also been confirmed, with Paul Carrick Brunson and love guru Anna Williamson taking charge again, alongside much-loved receptionist Tom Read Wilson.

Viewers tonight saw the celebs attend their first mixer, with Megan making an immediate impact by grabbing one girl's bum.
