The supermodel, 45, re-adjusted her black cozzie as she clambered up a ladder to the deck after swimming beside the vessel in the Med off Portofino, Italy.

She is holidaying with actress pal Sadie Frost, 54, almost two years since swapping booze and partying for healthier living — but smoking is still in vogue.

Kate looked far healthier than in her waif-like early years as she took the plunge at Saint-Tropez in southern France.

The Croydon-born model was on a private yacht with best pal Sadie Frost, 54, her partner Darren Strowger, 53, plus socialite Lady Mary Charteris, 32.

Mossy’s boyfriend Nikolai von Bismarck, 32, did not make an appear on the yacht.
