SUMMER Monteys-Fullam has taken her horse for a final ride after Paul Hollywood forced her to sell it.
The former barmaid looked heartbroken as she took it out in the Kent countryside before having to give it up, after her furious ex raged at her to “F*** off back on that horse you rode in on”.
Since their split the pair have been locked in a furious row with the 24-year-old blonde even threatening to sue Paul for his claims she deliberately “courted” media attention.
Summer posted on Instagram: “I am very disappointed and distressed by false and highly defamatory statements that Paul has made about me online since our break-up.
“I have had no alternative but to instruct my solicitors Brett Wilson LLP to pursue legal proceedings against Paul in order to obtain vindication.
“I have never courted publicity over my relationship with Paul and I am deeply disappointed that our relationship has ended in this way.”
Paul has refused her access to luxury items including a £100,000 Range Rover and £9,000 hot tub, bought for her as gifts.
But Summer, whose stable of eight horses is now down to seven, revealed that she has kept custody of her chickens Karen, Frederica and Ciro.
