KATIE Price is suffering "insane" pain and is terrified her ears will fall off in the wake of her dramatic face lift.

Surgeons made an incision by the 41-year-old star's ears to pull her face taut in a dramatic operation to give her a more youthful look.

A source told The Sun Online: "Poor Katie has been left in an insane amount of pain as the painkillers wear off.

"The work she had done was some intense surgery and she's been worrying that her ears might drop off.

"That won't happen of course, but the agony coupled with sleepless nights have left her freaking out."

Pricey also feared for her ears earlier this year when she worried that her face lift and Brazilian bum lift were healing too slowly.

The Sun Online has contacted a rep for Katie.

As we revealed yesterday, the reality TV veteran had been left barely able to open her eyes after the cosmetic work.

She was seen seemingly struggling to look at her reflection in her phone, as she recovered from her latest round of cosmetic work in Turkey.

However her large stitches were clear to see, looking painful and red around her hairline and by her ear.

The star revealed her shocking surgery wounds when she removed her face bandages earlier this week in the wake of the op.

Pictures showed liquid seeping from the sore scars and stitches were bloodied.

Four-year-old Jett and Bunny, five, are believed to have struggled with seeing their mum bruised and battered after going under the knife yet again.
