From Beyonce and Jay-Z’s luxury boat with a gold lift and on-board nightclub to Kylie Jenner’s £1m-a-week birthday ship with a pool on deck – which celebrity super yacht rules the waves?
SUMMER can only mean one thing: celebrities taking to the water in their droves on super yachts.
This weekend the Beckhams and Elton John join the long list of the world's richest stars who have been spotted lounging in top-deck Jacuzzis and jumping into crystal clear waters from multi-million pound boats.
The Kardashians recently rented one for Kylie's 22nd birthday at a cost of £1million per week, while Leonardo DiCaprio seduced girlfriend Camila Morrone on a £200,000 couples holiday.
From full-sized pools to alfresco cinemas, home gyms to saunas, built-in spas to 100ft slides from the top deck, the boats are the pinnacle of luxury.
But whose would you rather be on? Here Sun Online compares the best of the celeb yachts.
Elton John's £21m cruiser
Name: Wabi Sabi
Price tag: £21,100,000
Special feature: Top-deck Jacuzzi
Spotted sailing in the French Riviera, David and Victoria Beckham took to Elton John's 164ft cruiser for their family holiday this week - with children Brooklyn, 20, Romeo, 16, Cruz, 14, and Harper, eight, in tow.
The 'Wabi Sabi' sleeps up to 18 guests in eight lavish rooms, each with its own en suite - and has enough space for 12 crew members who cook, clean and wait on every need.
Its best feature is no doubt the top-deck Jacuzzi, with a bar behind to relax with drink-in-hand.
But for those who prefer, like David, to dip in the sea, there are also plenty of platforms to jump off of into the water.
On-board, the ship has an outdoor fire-pit for evening barbecuing and an inbuilt gym for burning off those inevitable extra holiday calories.
And if you're sick of spending time outside or need to nurse your sunburn, there's an entertainment centre with a 50-inch plasma screen, or a library full of Elton's books.
Kylie Jenner's £23m birthday boat
Name: Tranquility
Price tag: £203,000,000 - or £1m a week
Special feature: Outdoor pool
What more could a girl want for their birthday than to travel along the coast of Italy and France in a 300ft boat with 22 of their closest friends? We think nothing.
The Kardashian-Jenners took to the £200m Tranquillity to celebrate Kylie's 22nd birthday earlier this month, with the whole family staying in VIP worthy on-board staterooms.
Just shy of the length of a football field, the 300ft vessel, which comes with 29 staff members, has an impressive interior made of 'bamboo, marble and gold leaf'.
Costing around £1million a week to charter - the boat has a private hot tub on the deck of the master bedroom and a pool on the main deck for everyone else to use.
If that's not enough, there's a spa equipped with a Turkish bath, massage rooms, steam room and sauna for relaxing, as well as a beauty salon to ensure you look your best.
While Kylie spent most of her time docking on land, with trips to Capri and Positano, she also no doubt spent time in the boat's gym, the cinema and on the jet-skis stowed in the hold.
Too luxurious to park up in the port? No worries - the yacht also has its own helipad.
Katy Perry's £481m super-yacht trip
Name: The Rising Sun
Price tag: £481,000,000
Special feature: Wine cellar
Billionaire businessman David Geffen frequently rents his super yacht out to celebrities for the summer - and this year was no different, as Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom took to the seas.
The couple sailed the coast of Spain in July on the Rising Sun, the 11th largest yacht in the world, which has also been used by Princess Beatrice and Oprah.
Measuring in at a huge 450ft long, up to 16 guests can live comfortably on board with multiple pools and Jacuzzis available to choose from.
Ensuring celebs travel in style, the boat has a full gym, a sauna and spa as well as a hefty wine cellar for those who prefer to party.
There's a basketball court on the main deck, which conveniently doubles up as a helipad for when the super-rich come to stay. There's also a private cinema room.
Stowed below deck are smaller jetty boats, dinghys, jet-skis and fishing boats.
However, David likes to keep the boat for celebrity eyes only - so seeing inside is reserved for only those who can afford to pay for it.
Leonardo DiCaprio's £19m couples holiday
Name: Nita K II
Price tag: £19,400,000
Special feature: Working bar
Actor Leonardo DiCaprio took his girlfriend Camila Morrone for a romantic trip off the coast on Monaco on this five-bedroom chartered yacht this month.
Thought to be worth a mammoth £19.4million, Leonardo is likely to have rented the boat, which has space for 12 guests to live, for £200,000 per week.
They were spotted cosying up together on the large sun deck, lounging in the hot tub and diving into the sea.
With a large deck for parties, the super yacht has its own staffed bar for informal dining and drinking during the day, and houses a whole host of water toys, including two jet-skis.
Upstairs, the Sky lounge has a 50 inch plasma TV, DJ system and karaoke bar for entertaining, as well as a working fireplace in a large formal dining room.
There's also a small gym inside - with machines and weights - for keeping fit, as well as inflatable kayaks and snorkel gear.
Ronaldo's £198k-a-week family holiday
Name: Africa I
Price tag: £15,000,000
Special feature: Water slide
This June, Cristiano Ronaldo took his family away to the French Riviera following the world cup, splashing £198k-a-week on the lavish boating break.
On board the Africa I, a chartered boat which can accommodate 12 guests in six large cabins across three decks, Ronaldo and his wife Georgina spent most of their time in the Jacuzzi.
There's a fully-equipped gym on board for the pair to maintain their sculpted bodies, as well as a large swimming deck for jumping in and out the water.
For those who want a grander entry, an inflatable water slide runs from the top deck of the vessel, sending you plummeting down 30ft.
Wave-runner jet-skis, water skis and towable toys are hidden below deck, as well as fishing equipment for catching your own ocean dinner.
Otherwise, inside there's a 4K laser projector for streaming movies underneath the stars after a day of topping up your tan.
Beyonce's rented £160m summer-home
Name: Kismet
Price tag: £160,000,000
Special feature: 'Club' room
Beyonce and husband Jay Z hopped aboard Pakistani-American businessman Shahid Khan's luxury yacht, Kismet, for their summer holidays in July.
Likely alongside children Blue Ivy, 7, and twins Rumi and Sir Carter, 2, the pair relaxed on the floating home which stands at 300 feet long.
The yacht sleeps up to 12 guests, including two in a master bedroom with his and hers bathrooms and a personal office for vacation business.
As well as a cinema screen on the front deck, there's more than enough space to party outside, unless, of course, you'd prefer it in the specialised 'club room', made for hosting parties.
Inside, the staircase spirals through the centre of the boat and is surrounded by floor to ceiling TV screens to ensure you don't miss a minute when popping up to your room.
But if you can't be bothered to take the stairs, there's a lift too that goes to the bedrooms, which are all accented with marble and gold.
Hiding in the lower deck below the water is a dedicated spa and gym room, and up top is a specialist outdoor fire-pit for open air cooking under the sun.
Chloe Green uses dad's £100m yacht
Name: Lionheart
Price tag: £100,000,000
Special feature: Helipad
Heiress Chloe Green lived it up this summer with her father Philip in the business tycoon's £100m super yacht as they sailed in Monaco this month.
The 28-year-old was spotted posing on one of Lionheart's many dinghy boats for those all-important Instagram holiday snaps, before playing on one of three on-board jet-skis.
The boat's huge three decks have plenty of space, meaning its up-to-12 guests have the opportunity to lounge at their leisure at one of the many sunbathing areas.
In order to get to the top deck, where there's a pool, large outdoor dining area and bar and even a landing pad for helicopters, there are three gold-plated lifts.
Philip is said to always have his personal chef from Monaco on board as the family sail around - so they can ensure a top superfood-only diet with plenty of fresh fish.
Up to 40 crew members remain on board for every trip, including one permanent dog walker who look's after the family's beloved pets.
While others work in the beauty salon, fit with a personal hairdresser, a masseuse and personal trainer are also available 24/7. It's a tough life!

Sailing around the French Riviera, a popular destination for the super-rich, Rod's rented boat could sleep the entire family - boasting five luxury rooms for 10 guests.
You'll have to make sure to dry your feet on your way into the yacht after a dip in the top-deck Jacuzzi, because the luxury vessel is carpeted throughout.
Complete with its own bar, the Emotion II is ideal for an evening at sea, with a 70 inch outdoor cinema screen and sound system for watching films outside.
Of course, a gym and spa come as a standard, with water sports toys at ready to play with.
But this party yacht, which can host up to 50 guests for an evening soiree, has one unusual feature - a small patch of grass off the back deck from which you can hit golf balls into the ocean.
