JEREMY McConnell has had his neck tattoos lasered off in a bid to look more serious for his new job.
The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant, 29, had planets and a starry sky tattooed on his neck alongside a moth.
But he is now in the process of having the heavy ink removed at Harley Skin and Laser in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
"He wants to look smarter and taken seriously since getting a new job and turning his life around," a source exclusively told The Sun Online.
"It's going to take 12 sessions to completely remove the tattoos from his neck.
"He's landed a top job as director of Hair of Istanbul - a hair transplant clinic in Turkey."
Jeremy took an interest in hair transplants after having treatments on his face to thicken his beard.
Jeremy tells us: "I am removing all of my ink on my neck and other silly ones I have put on over the years for my business with Hair of Istanbul.
"It's important to look smart and be taken serious in business so I felt the time was up on silly tattoos.
"Hair of Istanbul will be venturing into the UK and mainly London as well as key capital points around the world so I will be super busy and I will be dealing with a lot of people so it just made sense to have them removed.
"I’m excited for everything that’s happening in my life now and look forward to the future."
Earlier this month, Jeremy revealed he's set to welcome a baby girl with lawyer girlfriend Katie McCreath.
He took to social media to reveal the happy news alongside a string of pictures from their gender reveal party.
Jeremy and Katie revealed they had known the sex of the baby for weeks, but kept it a secret until the big day.
Sharing several snaps from the party, including one of the pair cutting into a pink cake, the Irish model announced "bring on December."
He wrote: "@katielouisemccreath and I are so happy to share we are having a beautiful baby girl.
"We have known a few weeks aswell as close friends and family as we couldn’t wait to find out but yesterday we shared it with everyone else.
"I want to thank you for all your lovely messages and gifts and kind words."
The star then went on to thank a number of helpers involved in the preparation for the day.
Guests of the party were treated to decorative cupcakes on the day, as well as an Instagram inspired selfie booth.
The announcement came weeks after the reality star revealed he is set to become a dad for the second time.
Sharing a snap of himself and Katie with a pony on Instagram last month, the tattooed hunk wrote: "I’m so excited to let everyone know properly that Katie and I are expecting baby McConnell in December.“I have found someone that I love very much and who has shown me nothing but love and laughter, as well as being my best mate!"
He also added that he wanted a "happy family life away from any negativity."
Jeremy recently spoke exclusively with The Sun Online, revealing how he is in a better place than ever.
The formerly troubled star is already a father to son Caben, who he shares with Hollyoaks actress Stephanie Davis, however has limited access to the tot.
Despite his previous problems, Jeremy insists "he's proud" of where he's come since meeting Katie in August 2017.
