Paul Hollywood set for court showdown with estranged wife Alex AND ex-girlfriend Summer Monteys-Fullam
PAUL Hollywood is gearing up for a courtroom showdown with both his estranged wife Alex and his ex-girlfriend Summer Monteys-Fullam.
The 53-year-old Bake Off star's bitter break up from barmaid Summer, 24, escalated last month after he accused her on social media of "making money selling stories and continuously courting paps."
She responded furiously to the claims and instructed her legal firm, Brett Wilson, to take action. However, Paul's solicitor Tom Amlot has made it clear his client will not be backing down, according to the
A source told the publication: "Paul’s view is that Summer hasn’t got a leg to stand on and he is in no mood to give in to this.
"He doesn’t intend to apologise nor indeed pay Summer any money, because he believes his words were true. The ball is now in Summer’s court and she isn’t giving in either.
"Neither are prepared to move on from this."
Meanwhile, Paul is set to thrash our a divorce settlement with Alex in a separate courtroom clash later this year.
In June The Sun revealed mum-of-one Alex has been advised she is entitled to half his £10.5million fortune, which is bumped up by around £1.5million thanks to various assets including houses and cars.
She has also been assured she will keep their £2.4million marital home.
A source said: “Alex’s lawyers have been forensically poring over these latest accounts."
The Sun Online has contacted a representative for Paul for comment.
Last week Paul went on a boozy bender with Great British Bake Off co-star Noel Fielding.
The baker revealed he was hitting the town with the comedian as ex Summer vowed to move on from their relationship.
Documenting their drinking session on Instagram, Paul posted a snap of himself clutching a beer while Noel pulled a silly facial expression.

Summer recently liked a spree of posts about moving on.
One of the messages that she 'liked' read: "My mother once told me every time you forgive him, he will love you a little more but you will stop loving him.
"So the day he loves you the most you will not feel anything for him any more."
Another said: "Wish him the best and move on... If he was the right one, he would've showed you".
Both posts were captioned: "Has a man ever ignored your text messages?
"This is typically the first sign he's pulling away from you."
Summer's pal recently told us that the former barmaid was "stunned" to receive an emotional text message from Paul following their bitter split earlier this month.
In the message, the baker pleaded with Summer for a one-to-one meet so they could talk things through, even vowing to help her achieve her desire to become a famous social media influencer - but also blaming her mother Sabina for their break up.
The friend explained: "Paul seems to be trying to win Summer back. He sent her a text message that left her stunned.
"He told her that he didn’t understand her decision to leave and that he still loved her very much.
";He said that he wanted to sit down and talk, just the two of them, to see if they could sort things out.
"He also accused her of confiding too much with her mum, and not enough with him. He said he felt that towards the end of their relationship she had become closed and didn’t allow them to sort their problems.
"Paul said he wanted to support her ambitions to become an influencer, but admitted he didn’t know what it meant to be one.
"He said she could choose the location and even ended the text message with a kiss. It’s very obvious he’s still madly in love and wants to sort this out."
Last month, The Sun exclusively revealed Paul and Summer had split and she had left the home they shared in Kent.

They have since been locked in a furious row with the beauty even threatening to sue Paul for his claims she deliberately "courted" media attention.
Paul and Summer first met in early 2017 when he arranged a birthday party for then-wife Alex at the bar where she worked.
He reportedly lent Summer his chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce for her 22nd birthday in May, before growing closer to her when he and his wife separated.
The pair were first romantically linked in November 2017 when the star wined and dined Summer at London hotel The Dorchester.
