SIMON Cowell has admitted he had too much Botox – and says Amanda Holden was just as bad.

The music mogul has revealed he cringes when he sees what he used to look like in old clips of Britain’s Got Talent.

He told the : “I love watching ‘the Botox years’. All of us are like, ‘Christ, we had a lot that year. Not so much that year… maybe a bit too much that year.’

“You know, the old clips of us are hysterical, Amanda’s always like, ‘What was I thinking?’, I said, ‘Well, I don’t look a lot better.’

“I look all right now, but certain years it was like, ‘Wow’, I don’t know what was going on.”

Simon has undergone a dramatic transformation recently after losing 20lb on his vegan diet.

The 59-year-old was forced to make changes to his lifestyle after falling down the stairs in the middle of the night in October 2017.

He was rushed to hospital and told he had to stop binging on sausage rolls, hamburgers and his favourite jam tarts made by his personal chefs.
