AMANDA Holden is always naked at home and will only put a dressing gown on if there's a knock at the door.
The Britain's Got Talent judge, 48 was joined by her daughter Hollie, 7 on Heart Breakfast yesterday - and got more than she bargained for when she revealed that she has no shame in baring all round the house.
Heart Breakfast presenter Jamie Theakston asked Hollie what the most embarrassing thing her mum has done, and she revealed: "She goes naked all around the house."
He then asked her how she felt about her mum walking around with no clothes on and the seven-year-old replied: "I just get annoyed."
Without any shame in the accusation, Amanda asked if she needs to put something on.
Hollie replied: "Yeah like a jumper or something."
Jamie went on to ask what the neighbours think of the telly star's choice to walk around naked or if it may even cause a problem with the window cleaner.
Hollie revealed: "Well every time rings the doorbell, she has to put a dressing gown on really quickly and when they leave she takes it off!"
Amanda laughed and looked horrified by Hollie's revelation and said: "I like to feel free, what can I say?"
At aged 48, the actress, who is married Chris Hughes and has two children, Hollie, seven and Alexa, 13, has an incredible toned figure and has revealed that she doesn't diet to keep herself in shape, but embodies an all-round healthy life instead.
She told the : "You have to enjoy life. I eat everything. Drink everything. I had a friend once who didn’t make it to her 50s and her biggest regret was she spent her life on a diet. I don’t diet."
Amanda added: "I go to a fitness camp in Portugal before the live shows. I'm a vegetarian, so for me it's lots of avocado, chickpeas, and quinoa salads as well as hikes and boxing. It's really good for your mindset, rather like unplugging your computer and plugging it back in."
In April, Britain's Got Talent received a number of Ofcom complaints over the judges choice of outfits in the live shows - which showed too much flesh and were seen as too revealing.
However, she vowed to keep wearing skimpy outfits because they have her mum's seal of approval.
She told the : “When my mum was 48 she wouldn’t have dared wear a mini skirt, because she’s of the era where you wouldn’t dare get your knees out if you were nearly 50.
"Whereas I look at Kylie and J-Lo and think, well if she’s still doing it, I’m still doing it.”
She added: "Of course, I have fun on Britain’s Got Talent – it’s the perfect opportunity to take risks.
"Times have changed and I don’t feel anyone should feel pressure to dress for your age.
"It’s all about body positivity and feeling good."
