and Tom, 82, were previously from the families of plane crash victims that Tom's law firm Girardi Keese were representing.

Tom was later sued by his business partners, resulting in a bankruptcy petition in December.

Now Ronald Richards, the attorney for the bankruptcy trustee has claimed Erika and two of her businesses, EJ Global LLC and Pretty Mess Inc, owe $25million to Girardi Keese.

In documents obtained by People, Erika was accused of receiving jewelry, luxury items and lottery payments that belong to the Girardi Keese estate.

A source close to the Bravo star denied the allegations, telling the outlet: "No merit, no investigation, no proof, just more harassment."

'CONSPIRING TO CONCEAL'

The court filing claimed Erika, her businesses and Tom's law firm "conspired to conceal" the funds to keep the money away from the creditors in the bankruptcy case.

It read: ";Erika has used her glamor and notoriety to continue to aid and abet in sham transactions that have occurred with respect to large transfers of assets from the Debtor."

Erika allegedly "refused to return" the lottery payments and luxury items, and instead received or diverted them for her "own benefit."

The document claimed: "As a result of the wrongful acts of the Defendants alleged herein, the Defendants have been unjustly enriched at the expense of the Estate and its creditors. The Defendants have derived and continue to derive benefit from their wrongful acts."

$25MILLION 'DEBT'

Attorney Richards asked Erika and her businesses to pay the $25million to Girardi Keese.

Richards told People there were "large jewelry purchases" made by the law company and that Erika flaunted the jewels on RHOBH.

She made "repeated appearances on network television displaying the bling with pride as to the cost and value".

Erika filed for divorce from Tom in November after 21 years of marriage.

A month later, they were hit with a lawsuit for embezzlement that claimed he had “resorted to embezzling the proceeds of settlements," including ones for those who had lost loved ones in a plane crash.

The complaint accused him of embezzling the settlement proceeds in order to “continue funding his and Erika’s lavish ."

She in Wednesday's episode of RHOBH, insisting she has "nothing to do" with the lawsuit.

After admitting she was doing “f**king horrible,”  said: “This sucks so bad.
