Covered in hot red, just the sight of Pepper heats things up. Featuring a skirt made of bunches of red tulle, and thigh-high laced boots, Pepper was made to stand out.
Pepper's costume was revealed on September 12, 2021.
Introduced as a Group A wildcard, fans have already started hedging their bets as to who Pepper may be.
Some have guessed her to be Grammy-award winning singer Kesha , who admitted that she "was a part of a viral sensation twice over."
Other fans believe Pepper to be queen .
