Tristan Thompson’s ex-‘mistress’ Sydney Chase shows off new boob job in nude tank top after he welcomes baby
TRISTAN Thompson's alleged former mistress Sydney Chase showcased her new boob job, posing in a series of sexy videos on Instagram wearing a nude tank top.
Sydney shared the sultry snaps after alleged ex Tristan fathered a son with personal trainer Maralee Nichols - his third child with as many women.
In the clips, she sang along with a song playing in the background, staring into the camera and running her fingers through her hair.
She did not mention Tristan, 30, in the videos.
Days earlier, she shared a photo revealing that she had gone under the knife.
She posed in a red and white bikini-like top and matching sweat pants.
The post included various photos of herself in different poses.
She captioned the Instagram : "Upgrade now she got a d cup (y'all reported me so let's try again)"

The comments were flooded with compliments for the most part, though there were a few critics.
Sydney responded to the little backlash she faced, writing: "PSA I'm less than two weeks post op. They still have to settle/drop. (Which will close the middle more as well)."
She has been quiet about the fact that Tristan, whom she's rumored to have had some sort of relationship with, reportedly welcomed another baby with another woman recently.
BABY ON BOARD
The baby bombshell was a shock to the public, as well as those who know Tristan.
As previously reported, Khloe Kardashian — who shares a child with Tristan — is said to have been "shocked to her core" by the news.
Tristan fathered a son with personal trainer Maralee Nichols after an alleged lengthy affair.
Maralee has filed a lawsuit for paternity support against him.
According to a source, amid this drama Tristan failed to tell Khloe about his new baby.
The source said: "Khloe was shocked to her core when she found out - and even more shocked at how she found out.
"It wasn't Tristan who told her, it was messages on social media that her team were getting way before the story came out."
The insider went on to say: "Khloe may now be saying they've been broken up since spring - but that's not the whole story.
"She had actually been giving Tristan 'one last chance' - he was getting therapy, and staying single and out of trouble and then they were going to see where they were at."
The source continued: "Her family are furious she's been left embarrassed again. They've told her she's been humiliated for the last time. They're telling her co-parenting and a friendly relationship is fine, but getting back together with him and acting like a couple is too far."
A source close to Khloe told The Sun that she and Tristan called it quits earlier this year and she didn't find out about Tristan's child through social media.
LEGAL WOES
According to Maralee's lawsuit, she says she and Tristan conceived a baby on Tristan's birthday in March.
The Canada native was dating Khloe at the time, though they broke it off in June after he "spent 30 minutes in a bedroom with three women" at a "wild" house party.
In Tristan's response to Maralee's child support filing, the NBA star admitted to having sex with her "several times" at a Houston hotel after they attended his birthday party together.
Maralee filed the lawsuit against her alleged baby daddy in late June, not long after she moved from Texas to Los Angeles.
Tristan has never denied being the boy's father.
He did, however, request a paternity test.
also reported that he offered Maralee $75,000 to stay quiet about the baby.
In alleged messages obtained by the outlet, the basketball player also alleged that he plans to retire after this season and will be unemployed.
As a result, he said he should be required to pay less in child support.
Tristan allegedly told Maralee: "You are aware that I'm retiring after this season. So in terms of support it will be whatever is required monthly for someone who's unemployed.

"It's Texas so it will be only a couple hundred dollars. So you better off taking this 75k I'm offering cause you don't get nothing near that with having a kid with a father who's unemployed."
