KHLOE Kardashian stunned in throwback photos from her niece Dream's fifth birthday party amid Tristan Thompson's love child scandal.

The KUWTK star, 37, cuddled Dream and posed in a Barbie box in sweet photos from the doll-themed party.

Khloe had thrown Dream - her brother Rob's daughter - an epic Barbie-inspired bash back in November.

She wowed in a Fendi x Skims bodysuit at the party, which she teamed with a Fendi bag and chain necklace.

The reality star's older sister Kim shared the cute photos on her fashion brand Skims' Instagram account on Wednesday night.

While Kim was active on social media, Khloe remained quiet on her Instagram Stories - no doubt recovering from the heartbreak in her personal life.

Khloe's baby daddy, NBA star Tristan fathered a son with personal trainer Maralee Nichols last week after they reportedly had a months-long secret affair.

Maralee has filed a lawsuit for paternity support against Tristan - who shares daughter True, four, with Khloe.

She claimed in her lawsuit that she and Tristan conceived a baby on the night of Tristan's birthday in March.

The athlete, 30, was dating Khloe at the time - although they split in June after he "spent 30 minutes in a bedroom with three women" at a "wild" house party.

In his response to Maralee's child support filing, the Sacramento Kings player admitted to having sex with her "several times" at a Houston hotel after they attended his party together.

Maralee filed the lawsuit against her alleged baby daddy on June 30, just days after moving from Texas to Los Angeles.

Tristan has not denied that he is the baby boy's father but requested that a paternity test be completed after the child's birth.
