Duggar, who pleaded not guilty, was accused of possessing sick images of CSAM that were "the worst of the worst" that authorities had ever seen.

The U.S. Sun exclusively reported on Thursday, March 16, 2023, that Duggar's prison release date was pushed back. He has been serving his sentence at FCI Seagoville near Dallas, Texas.

His release date was slated for August 22, 2032. However, it was pushed back to October 2, 2032. The decision came after he was placed in Special Housing Unit for sneaking a cell phone into prison.

Duggar and Anna married on September 26, 2008, after meeting at a homeschooling convention in 2006.

Their courtship rules included no physical contact until engagement and no time alone as a couple until marriage, as discussed in the 19 Kids And Counting episode titled Duggar Dating Rules.
