KANYE West's girlfriend Vinetria is "living in his $52M Malibu mansion" after the rapper begged Kim Kardashian to get back together with him during his concert performance.
The hitmaker is allegedly dating the model and influencer despite his repeated attempts to rekindle his relationship with his ex.
According to , Vinetria has been residing at Kanye's home while he has insisted on bringing his family back together.
“Kim is making a statement by doubling down that she’s single,” a source told the outlet after the reality star filed to become legally single from the singer/songwriter.
“She thinks it’s strange that Kanye keeps saying he wants her back, but all the while he’s got the [22-year-old] model at his Malibu house," they added.
Earlier this year, Kim, 41, began to file divorce from Kanye, but the two still aren't officially single yet, despite Kim's burgeoning romance with Pete Davidson.
Meanwhile, Kanye and Vinetria have reportedly been "hooking up" for "awhile now," a source told .
Yet, after Kanye made a public plea at his Los Angeles benefit concert with Drake, Kim took action.

While performing the hit song Runaway, Ye repeatedly rapped: "I need you to run right back to me” before adding: “More specifically, Kimberly.”
Just hours later on Friday, Kim filed court documents to become officially single - which is now awaiting approval from a judge.
The legal papers show the SKIMS founder requested the judge separate issues of child custody and property from her marital status, so custody and estate hearings will likely continue on for months.
But Kim wants to be legally considered a single woman, and to add insult to injury, the mom-of-four asked that "West" be dropped from her name.
A source exclusively told The Sun that the timing was not coincidental.
KIM'S FURY
"Kim is furious with Kanye," a source exclusively told The Sun. "She’s asked him not to talk about them in public - but he keeps on doing it."
"She’s made a very clear statement to him by filing for legal single status."
The source added that Kanye's public gestures may not be coming from the right place, which is partly why she made this swift legal action.
"He hasn’t been seriously begging for her back. He just doesn’t want her to move on. She feels like he thinks he owns her, so she wants to make it abundantly clear ... what she won’t tolerate any more."
"They have both moved on, and for her, there is no going back. She’s much happier now."
The source continued to tell us that Kim's motivations weren't related to Pete.
"This has nothing to do with Pete, it’s about his [Kanye's] own behavior and how she’s cutting ties."
While Kim's legal action against Kanye may speak for itself, another source told us that the timing being intentional is "not true."
The second source told us via email that the two are still on good terms since Kim attended the Free Larry Hoover concert and put up a Christmas stocking for him.
SPEEDING UP THE PROCESS
Kim is trying to move fast to put her relationship with her children's father behind her as she filed court papers to speed up the process.
"The parties' marriage has irremediably broken down. [Kardashian] no longer desires to be married to [West]," the documents, originally obtained by PEOPLE, state.
"There are simply no compelling reasons not to grant a motion to bifurcate and terminate marital status in this case."
Shortly after she initially filed paperwork to drop "West" from her last name, word comes now the new papers ask for custody of their children, and to keep matters of property separate from her marital status.
"[Kim] has been attempting to settle this manner since she filed her Petition for Dissolution of Marriage in February 2021," The documents, which were acquired by PEOPLE, explain. [Kim] and her counsel have reached out to [Kanye] and his counsel several times in an attempt to move this case forward to a speedy and amicable resolution."
But so far, Kanye has yet to respond to the request.

In her filing, Kim continues: "Irreconcilable differences have led to the irremediable breakdown of the marriage, and there is no possibility of saving the marriage through counseling or other means.
"The continued maintenance of technical marital status between [West] and [Kardashian] serves no useful purpose, and there is no reason to maintain the legal relationship."
