KOURTNEY Kardashian was slammed for letting her daughter Penelope, 9, wear a strapless designer dress and heels to a Christmas Eve part.
The 42-year-old showed off her daughter’s ensemble in an Instagram post on Thursday.
Another photo in the slide captured Penelope rocking a strapless plaid vintage Isaac Mizrahi dress and tiny black heels as Kourtney walked behind her.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum captioned the post: “‘Twas the night before Christmas.”
Shortly after Kourtney shared the photos, fans rushed to the comments section to slam the mother of four for allowing Penelope to wear the vintage dress and heels.
FANS REACT
One person wrote: “Great photos, but what is going on with P? Too young for that hair, nails and shoes!”
Another fan called the dress “awful,” as a third chimed in: “She is too little to be dressed and made up that way.”
An additional critic added: "Off shoulder dress very adult looking outfit for a lil girl."
However, other fans in the comments section praised Penelope for the stylish outfit.
One person wrote: "Omg P’s dress is perfect."

In addition to the photos featuring Penelope, Kourtney also shared snaps with other family members at the Kardashians' annual Christmas bash.
Kourtney posted a picture with her sisters, with Kendall, 26, opting for a classic black gown, Khloe, 37, shining in a silver slip dress and Kim, 41, donning a Balenciaga look.
The siblings' mom Kris Jenner, 66, and grandmother Mary Jo completed the family festivities.
BABY ON THE WAY?
Kourtney has been raising eyebrows in recent weeks by fueling rumors that she might be pregnant with Travis' baby.
The KUWTK alum sparked baby speculation earlier this month when she showed off a kitchen closet stuffed with her huge junk food collection.
She panned through the large closet situated in her $8.5million home, showing off a series of chips, cookies and candy from the brand Bussin Snacks.
After the pair confirmed their romance in February 2021, fans have noticed many clues that could point to a potential pregnancy.
Back in July, Kourtney shared photos of a peculiar snack of pickles, vegan butter, tangerines and sourdough bread.
This wasn't the first time she's made strange meal choices, as she previously indulged in a martini made of water.
