Kanye West threatens Kardashian family with ‘legal action’ after saying Kim BANNED him from daughter Chicago’s birthday
KANYE West claims he was BANNED from daughter Chicago's birthday party and now he's threatening 'legal action' against estranged wife Kim Kardashian.
Chicago celebrated her fourth birthday with a massive bash alongside Kylie Jenner's daughter Stormi.
The rapper seemingly sent a warning to Kim, 41, and her family during an interview with .
He opened up to host Jason Lee about nearly missing Chicago's birthday.
Jason suggested during their chat that co-parenting should be drama free, but Kanye appeared to ignore his comments.
He said: "And to participate without no noise.
"'Cause they can go on SNL and make jokes. They can make jokes in the media. They can plant stories about whoever I'm dating whatever they want to do.
"They can block deals. They could do all that type of stuff."

Kanye continued: "But I'ma tell you straight up, don't play with my kids.
"Don't play with my kids. Whoever y'all work for, whoever y'all think the family is working for, I'm telling you right now, don't play with my children.
"And it's going to be all legal. It's going to be all legal, baby."
He added: "You ain't finna gaslight me, it's going to be calm like this. But that's not what we finna play."
PARTY PROBLEMS
Kanye seemed to be extremely hurt that he was not "allowed to know" where Chicago's birthday would be held.
He credited Kylie's boyfriend Travis Scott with cluing him in.
"I just gotta shout out Travis Scott for sending me the address and the time and making sure I was able to spend that birthday memory with my daughter and to be there with the rest of the family," Kanye said.
He went on to reveal that Kylie let him onto the property after security guards attempted to keep him away.
Kanye was thrilled to be allowed at the event, but as The Sun previously reported he and Kim spent the day apart.
The co-parents stayed on 'opposite sides' of the party.
A source said of the event: "When he finally got the address he arrived like a bat out of hell in a rental car around 1pm, driving himself without any security.
"He seemed ok once he started talking to the family and was in great spirits laughing and playing with Chicago, it seems he just wanted to be involved in her day and didn't want to cause trouble."
Per the insider, there was "no scene" at the event.
"There was no scene between him and Kim, but they did spend most of the afternoon at other ends of the garden," the source said.
"He chatted with Kris [Jenner] and some other family members but there was no deep discussion with Kim yet."
Kim filed for divorce from Kanye in February 2021.
The KKW Beauty mogul is dating Pete Davidson, while Kanye is dating Julia Fox.
Kanye has been outspoken about his distaste for his estranged wife's new beau.
'FAKE'
According to sources, he isn't buying Kim and Pete's romance.
An insider told The Sun exclusively: "Kanye has been telling friends he still feels 'suppressed' by Kim even though they are separate.
"He feels he has kept a lot of things quiet for her and he likes to speak his mind, so he feels suppressed."
The source added: "For one, he believes her relationship with Pete Davidson is fake.
"He believed the Kardashians make up story lines for their lives and he's sick of it.
"He feels she is going for the complete opposite of him to upset him and it p****s him off."
The insider noted it's not just the relationship that Kanye has a problem with.
He takes issue with Pete's lack of style - at least according to his taste.
The source said: "Clothes and style are very important to Kanye and he has been telling friends he things Pete wears the worst clothes ever.
"He has been dissing Pete for dressing in clothes 'from the mall'."
Additionally, the insider noted: "He thinks it is affecting all the work he did with Kim
