Rapper Da Brat and fiancé Judy reveal they are pregnant as fans quip ‘today about Rihanna’

RAPPER Da Brat and her fiancé have announced that they are pregnant, however, fans have quipped that "today about Rihanna."

The star's fiancé, Judy, announced the news through a series of images on her Instagram account.

"We are EXTENDING the family,"; she captioned the photos, alongside an emoji of a pregnant woman.

Judy could be seen standing in front of the rapper, whose arms were reaching around to make a heart on her fiancé's stomach.

In other photographs, the pair use one hand each to make up the heart as they pose in front of the mirror.

Following the news, hundreds of fans spammed the couple's Instagram pages with their well wishes.

However, some quickly noticed that the pair had announced their big news on the same day as Rihanna.

One Twitter user wrote: "Da Brat and Darealbbjudy just announced they’re having a baby and someone said “tell us tomorrow, today about Rihanna"."

Another said: "The fact that Da Brat announced their pregnancy and everybody commenting “It’s Rihanna Day” is hilarious."

On Monday, revealed that she is expecting her first child with boyfriend A$AP Rocky.

The Barbados-born singer, 33, revealed her baby bump in a series of images taken as she strolled around New York with her partner over the weekend - wearing a $6.7k pink coat.

Despite the freezing weather, Rihanna ditched a top beneath the coat and instead wore a string of pearls and a jeweled cross necklace.

The star, whose hits include Shut Up and Drive and Diamonds,  and the rapper, also 33, have known each other for almost a decade, but their relationship turned romantic in 2020.

They stopped to kiss and hug as they strolled hand in hand, with A$AP tenderly kissing her head at one point.
