Kanye West fans furious as Donda 2 fails to arrive at midnight and fear the album will NOT drop on February 22

KANYE West fans have been left furious over the delay of his Donda 2 album, after it did not drop online at midnight.

The follow-up compilation was originally set to be released overnight on February 22, 2022, but has yet to appear online.

Angry fans have taken to Twitter to share their annoyance and slam Kanye, 44, over the album's delay.

"Where’s lol. That album is never coming out," one complained.

"IS HAPPENING???? that's all i want to know," another ranted.

A third joked: "Y’all really thought was dropping huh smh."

" is not going to release till after the listening event, whether that’s an hour after or a few months after. Don’t act like this is surprising that it’s not out at midnight," another reasoned.

"So didn't drop huh? Shocking," a fifth complained, while a final slammed: "Kanye west is a damn liar ."

Donda 2 has been scheduled for release on February 22, 2022, though the album has yet to come out.

Kanye has a history of delaying music drops, and in August of last year, he finally shared the first installment of Donda after months of setbacks.

The new collection will be the eleventh studio album by Kanye West, who now goes by the name Ye.

The album will be released through GOOD Music, the record label founded by West himself in 2004.

KANYE'S STEM PLAYER

While many fans are used to streaming music through sites such as Apple Music and Spotify, it will cost about $200 to listen to the father of four's new album.

The album can only be heard through Kanye's Donda Stem Player which allows users to listen to music and even control vocals drums, bass, and samples.

The Stem Player is available for purchase on the device's for $200 in the US.

Kanye attempted to make a statement with his latest album after reportedly turning down a $100million deal with Apple.

"After 10 albums after being under 10 contracts. I turned down a hundred million dollar Apple deal. No one can pay me to be disrespected," he wrote in an .

"We set our own price for our art. Tech companies made music practically free so if you don’t do merch sneakers and tours you don’t eat.

"...I run this company 100% I don’t have to ask for permission. This is our 2nd generation stem player We have more things we working on," he continued.

The album will reportedly include 22 songs.

Earlier this year, Kanye released two additional tracks including City of Gods and Eazy, both of which took shots at his ex-wife Kim Kardashian's new boyfriend, Pete Davidson.

FAN BACKLASH

Last week, the fashion designer revealed the news that Donda 2 will only be available on Stem.

Alongside a video of flashing purple and blue lights that featured showed himself rapping, he wrote: “Donda 2 will only be streaming on my own platform, the stem player.

“You can download new music from stemplayer.com. You can play 4 different elements of the track: vocals, drums, bass, and music.

“It also has a MP3 player available. We currently have 67,000 available and are making 3,000 a day. Go click the link in my bio to purchase.”

But fans were not pleased as they slammed him for not making the album available everywhere.
