The TikTok star was found unconscious in a mall parking lot outside of Los Angeles after a passerby called 911 and according to the Los Angeles Medical Examiner-Coroner's office, Noriega was pronounced dead at the scene in California, reported.
His family has spoken out about his passing, with his father, Harold Noriega, sharing an emotional statement on his saying, "There are no words to express the grief and loss. It's not supposed to be this way. Your child is not supposed to pass before his parents."
In the wake of his death, Cooper's sister Parker Noriega also posted on the star's account with a from her family thanking followers for the kind words about "little coop" and speaking about carrying on his legacy.
Meanwhile, his mom, Treva Noriega, wrote a heartbreaking about her son's death, writing, "My heart is forever broken but your my special angel and we have each other's hearts."
The online performer's cause of death has not been determined and autopsy results are pending after the medical examiner asked for further investigation into the death.

Cooper Noriega's cause of death has been deferred, which "means that after an autopsy, a cause of death has not been determined and the medical examiner is requesting more investigation," reported.
"Once the tests/studies come back, the doctor evaluates the case again and makes the cause of death determination," a spokesperson explained to the outlet.
