Southern Charm’s Kathryn Dennis threatened with EVICTION for ‘failing to pay $9K in rent’ after losing custody of kids
SOUTHERN Charm's Kathryn Dennis was threatened with eviction for 'failing to pay $9,000 in rent' after losing custody of her kids, The Sun can exclusively reveal.
The mom-of-two had been locked in a legal battle with her ex Thomas Ravenel since he filed for sole custody of Saint, six, and Kensie, eight, in October 2020.
It was revealed earlier this month that 30-year-old Kathryn had been dropped by her legal team and must now scramble to find new legal representation in an attempt to get her kids back.
But it's not the only blow she's suffered in recent weeks.
The Sun can exclusively reveal Kathryn has been living in a high-rise apartment block in Charleston after her home in Mount Pleasant sold for $342,500 in December 2021, according to realtor details.
Kathryn relocated to 10 WestEdge last year with ex-boyfriend Chleb Ravenell, but court documents show she was hit with 'Rule to Vacate' notices this year.

In an Instagram post on April 17, 2021, Kathryn first shared a sneak peek at her brand new living space, telling fans: "So we got our first place together!" playfully adding the hashtag "the one where they move in together."
A clerk for Charleston County told The Sun she missed her February and March payments this year of $4,626 each, totaling $9,252.
A Rule to Vacate notice was filed on March 16 by Mt Pleasant Investments LLC, which owns the complex.
It was later settled, but a second notice was filed on May 17 with the clerk explaining it listed "terms of occupancy have ended," meaning the star had likely vacated the property.
It is unclear if she paid rent for April and May.
A Rule to Vacate notice is one of the initial steps before an eviction notice is sent, although a clerk told The Sun an order to evict the star was later sent.
The Sun has reached out to Mt Pleasant Investments LLC and Kathryn for comment but did not hear back.
An attorney who represented Mt Pleasant Investments LLC said he was not privy to information on whether she had eventually paid the money she owed.
"They're done putting up with her crap," said the insider.
Although the lawyers did not go into details about the issues with Kathryn, she now needs to find someone else to fight her case.
The troubled reality TV favorite lost full custody of her two young children in March 2021.
At the time, a South Carolina judge awarded their dad Thomas, 59, primary legal custody.
The former South Carolina treasurer then moved to Aiken with the kids, while she was granted supervised custody every other weekend.
In court records obtained by The Sun, Thomas claimed that a mutual friend had told him about Kathryn's alleged 'cocaine use' and that she had 'left cocaine within grasp of the children.'

Kathryn disputed this in her court response, saying: "I do not use cocaine so naturally I have not left any out for our children to access."
