Bruce Willis’ wife Emma shares heartbreaking photos of actor with their daughter Mabel, 11, amid his dementia battle

BRUCE Willis' wife has posted a selection of beautiful photos of the actor and their daughter.

Emma Heming Willis shared the montage video yesterday, in celebration of her and Bruce's eldest daughter's birthday.

The video showed off a selection of photos throughout Mabel's life as she turned 11, and was set to the song Pictures of You by The Cure.

68-year-old Bruce made many appearances in the emotional clip.

In one photo, a younger Mabel stood on her dad's shoulders in a swimming pool as the duo smiled widely.

Many other photos showed them walking around cities together or sitting next to each other in nature.

Emma, 44, also included a short clip of the father and daughter practicing music together, with Mabel playing the piano while Bruce stood next to her on the harmonica.

Two photos also showed the married couple with Mabel. One adorable throwback pic caught the parents kissing the cheeks of their baby daughter.

Another showed the trio sitting on the rocky ground with mountains in the background, all dressed in summer outfits and smiling happily for the camera.

Emma captioned the touching tribute: "Happy 11th Birthday Mabel Ray! Your energy is infectious. You can light a whole room with your smile and warmth.

"How you love and care for your family and friends is beautiful to witness. Keep shining my love and always remember to #liveitup," completed with heart emojis.

FIGHTING ON

Bruce retired from acting in 2022 after being diagnosed with aphasia.

Aphasia is the inability to comprehend of formulate language due to damage to areas of the brain.

In February 2023, it was announced that Willis had been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia.

Frontotemporal dementia (FTD) is the most common form of dementia in people under 60 and symptoms include personality changes, obsessive behavior, and speaking difficulties.

In March, the Hollywood star's ex-wife Demi Moore gave fans a glimpse inside his birthday bash on Instagram.

Afterward, Emma took to her own account to share more details from the family-centric event.

"So we had such a great time celebrating my husband yesterday. He had the best time. He loved his apple pie. Thank you for all the birthday wishes," she said, kicking off her video.

"So we got through that. I pulled myself together. But guess what's tomorrow? It's our wedding anniversary. So I'm sure I'll be feeling all the feels."

Emma went on: "I will spare you on that. But wait 'til you see that reel."

SUPER DAD

Later on in her video, Emma shared: "We have so many beautiful things and fun things to look forward to. Mable's birthday is coming up; She's turning 11. Evelyn will be turning nine."

She added: "And then the birth of Demi and Bruce's first grandchild – my step-grandchild – which we're so excited about. So, so many fun things to look forward to. So many things to be grateful for."

Bruce's blended family all gathered to celebrate his birthday.

He has five children, two from his marriage to Emma and three with Demi.

His three children with Demi, named Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah, have all gone on to have careers in acting, much like their parents.

His two children with Emma are Mabel, born in 2012, and Evelyn, born in 2014.
