Morgan Freeman has four children; two named sons Alfonso and Saifoulaye, as well as daughters Deena and Morgana.

The Batman Begins actor is also a grandfather and a great-grandfather.

Regarding his life as a parent, Morgan confessed: "I’m not sure fatherhood changed me.

"You have to be married to be a father. I sired a couple of kids without being married, but that doesn’t make you a father."

"I was busy trying to be an actor, and the two didn’t really go together in my youth.

"Now, I am in my dotage. I am a great-grandfather. I’m not a hands-on grandfather.

Born on September 13, 1959, Alfonso is the eldest of Morgan's kids.

Raised between Los Angeles and Compton, he is a product of Morgan's past relationship with Loletha Adkins.

Just like his famous father, Alfonso is also an actor; they've appeared in two projects together.

He has had roles alongside Morgan in The Shawshank Redemption and Se7en.

On August 20, 1994, Alfonso tied the knot with his second wife Larcenia Letice.

From his previous marriage to Cynthia Gafford, he has three children.
