FERNE McCann has broken her silence on her kiss with Love Island's Jordan Hames and has said she wants him to ask her out on another date.

The 29-year-old - who was spotted kissing the 24-year-old model last week - was excited to reunite with him as they attended the Animal Hero Awards in London last night.

Looking incredible in a daring jumpsuit held together by safety pins, she told The Sun Online: "So we had a little kiss the other night. I met him that night and had a little snog

"What's a snog between two reality stars? Why's it always me that gets snapped doing it?

"There was a part of me that was like 'still got it'. You don't want to write yourself off just because you have children. I don't want to feel mumsy or I've lost my own identity. I am single so I feel like I can mingle.

"I'm going to see him tonight".

When asked whether they pair have set up a date yet, she teased: "I'm just going to see how tonight goes but if he wants to set it up...."

Ferne has been mostly single since the father of her daughter, Arthur, was jailed  for a nightclub acid attack that injured 22 people and left 16 with serious burns.

Meanwhile Jordan, who famously fell out with Anna Vakili on this year's show,  was surrounded by Love Island beauties Lucie Donlan and Belle Hassan as he arrived at the bash.

The trio all held on to a dog each as they joked around with the cute animals on the red carpet.

Jordan rose to fame over the summer for coupling up with Anna Vakili but the pair had a tumultuous split after he decided to pursue India Reynolds just the day after asking Anna to be his girlfriend.

Anna was left devastated by his betrayal, saying his behaviour was “the worst in Love Island history”.
