Cynical viewers raised their suspicions on Twitter after Nas, 23, went in for a smooch on the balcony.

Viewers have waited for the builder from London to find a connection with another Islander for TWO weeks before stunning Demi joined the show on Monday.
And earlier in the episode, Demi, 21, admitted she looked forward to seeing him every day this week as their chemistry blossomed after their first date.
Tonight, the Islanders glammed up for another evening in the stunning South Africa villa and sparks were clearly flying between the pair.
But after they shared a steamy smooch, protective fans hoped Demi wasn't faking her emotions to get further in the show.

Nas, 23, admitted he hadn't been dating much before entering Love Island.
