Sean Paul will party with Love Island cast as he enters villa for special performance
SEAN Paul is heading to the Love Island villa in South Africa this weekend to host a Spotify party for the Islanders.
The gang are set to get the shock of their lives when they realise who is DJing at their bash and will be able to let off steam on the dance floor after a very tense week of Casa Amor.
Love Island broke the news with a video from the rapper, 47, which they captioned: “Yep, actual @duttypaul is heading into the villa to host a party like no other! And don’t worry… we totally got him to say ‘Jordan and Rebecca’ #LoveIsland.”
In the clip, the excited star said: “Yo this is Sean Paul, fresh right here in South Africa ready to the bring the fire to the Love Island crew. Stay tuned mad.”
The multi-platinum singer, writer, producer and performer is already in Cape Town where he’ll perform his incredible hits – and new single Calling On Me – to the Islanders.
Every year the Islanders are treated to a party from a well-known star, which they get very excited about.
Last season Craig David showed up for a surprise bash, which famously left Anton Danyluk in tears.
In another season DJ Tom Zanetti took to the decs in the villa to get the party started.
During last night’s brutal show Shaughna Phillips and Demi Jones were both left single in an intense recoupling after the main villa and Casa Amor reunited.
The contestants had to decide if they wanted to stick with their original partner or recouple with one of the new arrivals in what host Laura Whitmore described as “the ultimate relationship test”.
Shaughna, who has been coupled up with Callum Jones since the start of the series and had revealed her fears over their romance in recent days, told Whitmore that she was scared he would return with another girl.
Callum had grown close to new girl Molly Smith in Casa Amor, and he made his feelings known for her while Shaughna was in the main villa and unaware.
Fans can check out Sean Paul’s new single on ‘Sounds of Love Island’ the official playlist for the show available exclusively on Spotify.
