FIVE Love Island couples are at risk of being dumped from the villa after an intense compatibility vote on the show's return.

The seven pairs were each tasked with voting for the two couples they felt were the least compatible and had to give their answers in front of the group.

The only couples not to receive a vote, and therefore safe from tomorrow night's dumping, are Paige Turley and Finn Tapp and Siannise Fudge and Luke Trotman.

It means one couple from Jamie McCann and Natalia Zoppa, Callum Jones and Molly Smith, Luke Mabbott and Demi Jones, Mike Boateng and Priscilla Anyabu and Jess Gale and Ched Uzor will be sent home.

There was friction between Mike and Priscilla earlier in the episode when she felt he had acted in a condescending way by patting her on the head in front of everyone.

She told him the thing she hated the most was being made to feel embarrassed and that's what had happened.

In a clear the air chat, Mike apologised profusely, insisting that was never his aim.

The episode began with an emotional tribute to Caroline Flack from her friend Iain Stirling after her tragic death.

Devastated narrator Iain fought back tears as he described the late star as a "true friend" and said he was going to miss her.

Spoken over footage of the ocean, Iain said: "We are all devastated that Caroline, a much loved member of our Love Island family, has passed away.

"Our thoughts are with her family and friends at this dreadful time.

YOU'RE NOT ALONE

EVERY 90 minutes in the UK a life is lost to suicide.

It doesn't discriminate, touching the lives of people in every corner of society - from the homeless and unemployed to builders and doctors, reality stars and footballers.

It's the biggest killer of people under the age of 35, more deadly than cancer and car crashes.

And men are three times more likely to take their own life than women.

Yet it's rarely spoken of, a taboo that threatens to continue its deadly rampage unless we all stop and take notice, now.

That is why The Sun launched the You're Not Alone campaign.

The aim is that by sharing practical advice, raising awareness and breaking down the barriers people face when talking about their mental health, we can all do our bit to help save lives.

Let's all vow to ask for help when we need it, and listen out for others... You're Not Alone.

If you, or anyone you know, needs help dealing with mental health problems, the following organisations provide support:

"Caroline and me were together from the very start of Love Island. Her passion, warmth and infectious enthusiasm are a crucial part of what made the show connect with millions of viewers.

"Like many of you, we're still trying to come to terms with what's happened. My only hope is that we can try and be kinder, always show love and listen to one another.

"Caroline, I want to thank you for all the fun times making our favourite show. You were a true friend to me. I’m gonna miss you Caz."

Iain's commentary was absent from tonight's show, which toned down its usual exuberance in light of the tragedy.
