Love Island viewers spot Lucie’s face like thunder when Molly-Mae calls Tommy Fury to the hideaway

LOVE Island fans have poked fun at Lucie Donlan's face of thunder when Molly-Mae Hague summoned Tommy Fury to the hideaway.

The 20-year-old boxer got the shock of his life when he was told the bombshell new arrival was waiting for him in the private room's hot tub at the end of tonight's episode.

The past few days have seen Tommy embroiled in a messy love triangle with Lucie Donlan and Joe Garratt, and excited viewers had previously predicted that Molly-Mae would 100% be the hunk's type on paper.

Fans voted for him to be the one to to enjoy a date with the stunning newcomer upon her arrival to the show - but surfer Lucie did not look too pleased with the decision.

The Islanders were enjoying an evening together when Tommy got a text from the 19-year-old social media influencer.

It read: "Tommy the public have decided that you should go on a date with me."

"I'm waiting for you in the hideaway terrace - get your swimwear on and come and join me."

The rest of the contestants cheered for Tommy - with Anton Danyluk even rushing to help him find his swimming trunks.

However, it was Lucie's reaction that caught the attention of those watching at home.

One tickled fan tweeted: "Lucie's face when she found out Tommy was going on a date with someone else!"

Another added: "Lucie's face when Tommy got that text, she looked so annoyed!

"Now she knows how Joe felt when she went on a date with Tommy."

Tonight's episode ended just as Tommy made his way up to the hideaway to be greeted by the swimsuit-clad beauty and a bottle of champers.

Molly-Mae looked effortlessly chic in her black cut-out swimming costume and bold red lipstick, with her blonde hair tied into a topknot.

The full date will air in tomorrow night's show, alongside the first recoupling ceremony of the series where the first boy will be sent home.
