LOVE Island fans have complained that the show has dealt them an unbearable cliffhanger over the Tommy Fury love triangle.
Viewers are fuming that they now won’t know whether he picks randy grid girl Maura Higgins or stunning Insta star Molly-Mae Hague until Sunday night.
There is no episode of Love Island tonight, with a package of unseen bits and bobs airing on ITV2 instead.
The 20-year-old boxer was seen torn between the beautiful pair in last night’s episode, sighing: “Why is my life so difficult?”
It came after Maura, 28, jumped on top of Tommy on the sofa and tried to kiss him in what many felt amounted to sexual harassment.
He dodges her lips but seemed sorely tempted. However, in a stunning turnaround, he later walked straight past her and got into bed beside Molly-Mae, 19.
However, he later made clear that he hadn’t truly made up his mind about who he was going to go for – and fans want more.
The next proper episode comes on Sunday and plenty of viewers don’t think they can wait.
One tweeted: "Nooo!! you can’t leave it on a cliffhanger like that till Sunday night!! 😩."
Another said: "We won’t know what will go on between tommy, molly and maura tonight.
"We have to wait until sunday to find out, is so unfair...it’s the unseen bits tonight :(((."
A third wailed: "What a cliffhanger, I don’t think I can wait till Sunday. Will Molly Mae go off it? Will there be a massive argument? Will Tommy ever pick a girl?”
Many fans who were initially delighted by Maura spicing up the series turned on her after last night's episode.
Some even called her a "predator" for jumping onto Tommy, who is eight years her junior, while others called for her to be kicked off.
MORE ON LOVE ISLAND
One fan said: "Maura is like a bloody predator. Forcing herself on Tommy like that is wrong. If it was the other way round there would be hell. #DoubleStandards #loveisland."
Another wrote: "All good everyone shouting about talking about women’s rights and equal rights until Maura is basically sexual harassing Tommy but barely anyone blinks an eye.
"Other way round they’d be guaranteed uproar #LoveIsland."
Kem Cetinay revealed on This Morning that there is no Saturday night show because the Islanders get a day off away from the cameras.
He said: "People are going mad on Twitter as to why it's not on Saturdays but I know why.
"Most people don't know this but islanders get a day off every week from the show.
Normally we go to the beach and we just chill out. There are no microphones.
"So what happens is, when you take the microphone off you're not allowed to talk about anything to do with the show or the couples, you have to talk about home-life and things.
"And you're being watched by an eagle hawk, by the producers because they don't want you to talk about what's going on.'
Love Island: Unseen Bits airs tonight at 9pm on ITV2, with the main show returning at the same time tomorrow night.
However, despite protests from fans, it will be the normal length of an hour despite the day off.
