LOVE Island’s Joanna Chimonides wrapped her legs around Jack Fowler as he met her at the airport today after she was dumped from the villa.

The former Islander has been friends with Joanna for some time, having worked as her personal trainer and was on hand to welcome her back to the UK.

The freshly dumped star – who was left heartbroken when Michael Griffiths didn’t leave with her, leapt into Jack’s arms.

She then proceeded to squeeze his face, while he grinned from ear to ear – sparking speculation amongst their friends that they might be more than just good friends.

One person wrote: “Joanna has literally just landed in the UK and she's already with Jack Fowler from last year??? These Islanders move quick. #loveisland”

A second commented: “What’s going on here then? Joanna & Jack fowler from last years #loveisland looking overly friendly pals then?.”

While a third wrote: “Joanna greeted at the airport by Jack Fowler, now Michael saying he still likes Amber? What a setup love island is.”

Joanna was dumped from the Island in a cruel twist earlier this week which saw her fellow Islanders vote for to leave.

She and Michael were told they were not allowed to stay in the villa together and that one of them would have to go home.

Joanna joined the series just over two weeks ago and formed a romance with Michael while his partner at the time, Amber Gill, was in alternate villa Casa Amor.

It led to Michael dumping Amber, causing her heartbreak, but Michael has been adamant that he wanted to stay with Joanna.

He told everyone: "I feel like I came here and I found what I wanted and now she's leaving."

But he refused to leave the villa alongside her, leaving her branding him a “f***ing snake” in shock scenes.

Since Joanna has left Michael has finally admitted he does still have feelings for Amber.
