LOVE Island fans were left in hysterics last night after spotting Chris decided to protect his quiff with a hairnet in bed.

After a manic episode the 28-year-old business development manager was spotted making up with Geordie lass Harley Brash, 20 in bed.

Chris, who has made a name for himself in the villa with his luscious locks and tattoos first set his eyes on beautician Amber Gill, 21, and then fancied glamour model India Reynolds, 28.

But in last night's episode he went on a bread-making date with the 20-year-old estate agent 

After a successful date, the pair had an argument as Chris "mugged off" Harley by throwing a drink in his and India's face in the headline challenge - hinting that they were meant to be together.

The pair kissed and made up in bed, and fans took to Twitter to point out something weird on Chris' head whilst he was in bed - a hairnet.

One viewer wrote: "Did anyone else just notice Chris was wearing a hairnet in bed or was I seeing things?

Another tweeted: "Did I see right? Chris wearing a hairnet of sorts to sleep?
