The Big Bang Theory’s Kunal Nayyar encourages fans to be ‘inclusive’ instead of ‘selfish’ in motivational post
THE Big Bang Theory star Kunal Nayyar has shared a motivational message to fans ahead of the New Year and the beginning of a new decade.
The reflective post was shared alongside a selfie of Kunal looking into the camera with a happy smile on his face and comes after the actor took some time off following the end of the hit CBS comedy and travelled India.
He wrote: "This is your experience on this earth. This is your expression of this life.
"YOU have two choices — You can either live it in an egoistic, selfish, exclusive, negative, and judgemental manner, or, you can live it in a loving, generous, positive, humorous, and all inclusive manner."
He continued: "Never forget, YOU have the power within you to choose your way.
"And you don’t have to wait- you don’t have to rely on anyone else - there are no excuses - you can start today, this very second."
"It’s time," he concluded.
"It’s time to come home to your true self, and become the source of light that makes everything around you brighter."
The 38-year-old actor played Raj Koothrappali in the hit sitcom, which came to an end in May after 12 seasons.
He went on to take a four month break from social media, and returned in November sharing another inspiring message with his followers.
